Ms. Hsiaoyin Chen has nearly 20 years of experience in social work across Taiwan and the United States. She is currently a licensed social worker in both Taiwan and Maryland and serves as the head of Arbor View Caring Home, a senior health management consultant, and a case manager. Over the years, she has collaborated with local community health agencies and daycare centers, becoming well-versed in the medical needs and resources in the DMV area.

This health talk will cover:
